Splinters from the Board

The Board invites all members and friends of UU Meriden to join us after the service on Sunday, March 8 for a Congregational Conversation.

Rev. Tony will lead a “passing the baton” discussion focused on leadership at UU Meriden— where we are, how we sustain our ministries, and how we nurture new leaders for the future. Healthy congregations intentionally share leadership and plan ahead, and this conversation is an opportunity for all of us to reflect together.

As part of the gathering, we will conduct a simple straw poll. You will be invited to suggest names of individuals you believe have gifts for leadership within our community. This is not an election, but a way to help the Board thoughtfully approach potential nominees for upcoming positions.
