What the bill would do: The bill would make it unlawful for long-term care facilities to discriminate against residents based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or HIV status. This bill is out of committee and has had a public hearing, but you can still submit written comments and ask your legislators to support it. Use this link: Submit Testimony
